  • Found In: High-end homes, custom builds, luxury properties

  • Notes: May include walk-in pantries, double ovens, extra sinks, etc.

Extra Large Kitchen

  • Typical Layouts: Open concept with multiple zones, dual islands, walk-in pantry, possibly a butler’s kitchen.

  • Countertop Square Footage:

  • Layouts often include:

    • Peninsula or beverage bar/counter

    • Large island(s) 

    • Two long perimeter walls 

  • Found In: Luxury homes, high-end custom builds, estate-style properties

  • Features:

    • Multiple work zones: prep, cook, cleanup, serving, entertaining

    • High-end appliance packages (double ovens, built-in fridges)

    • Statement islands (often with waterfall edges or mixed materials)
